What is your Return Policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can Exchange or Return your eligible items for a refund by mail or to the State Park Store within 45 days of the original ship date.

· Refund will be issued to the original form of payment, shipping charges will not be refunded.

· Items may be exchanged or returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

· Items must be returned within 45 days.

· Exchanges or Returns received after the 45-day return period are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund if that item has been discounted after the 45-day return period.

· Items must be returned with hang tags attached, when applicable.

· Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.

· Customer assumes responsibility for mail return process, including charges. Address returns to: P.O. Box 2001, Borrego Springs, CA 92004

What payment methods do you accept?

Purchases can be made using a debit or credit card. At this time we do not accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information via email or text with the information provided at checkout. If you have not received your tracking information or have entered incorrect info, please use the contact us page to let us know.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only shipping within the continental United States.

How will my order ship?

All orders ship via USPS using the service selected during checkout.
